Charitable Help Served Up By Rasoi Team

The team behind Swansea’s award-winning Rasoi Indian Kitchen are no strangers to charitable work.

The Kullar family, who own the popular eaterie, has a long history of helping others through their charity the Siki Sewa Mission UK, which provides free medical treatment and education for impoverished people living in the Gurdaspur region of the Punjab.

Closer to home they are regular supporters of local good causes, and in December they served Indian food to the homeless and disadvantaged at Swansea’s Cyrenians Community Centre, at the charity's Christmas fundraiser.

Rasoi owner Suki Kullar said: “Doing what we can for charity has always been a big part of the Rasoi ethos and we were very pleased to be able to reach out to some of Swansea’s most vulnerable residents by joining forces with the Cyrenians Cymru.

“I know the group does a lot of good in the city and we always enjoy spending time with them and learning more about their work.”
