National Cucumber Day

June 14th is National Cucumber day! Cucumber is a staple ingredient in many a fridge and is loaded with health benefits. It's a great source of potassium and essential vitamins and restores water to the body.

Cucumbers can also be great for your skin and eyes too with cucumber extract used as a key ingredient in face and eye masks.
